In order to be able to send you information about events organised by our association, we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

I. Processing of personal data

If you request our association to send you information about events that the association organizes, we will work with the data that you provide us personally or fill in the form provided for this purpose. This is usually your name, surname and email address.

For what reason?

This information is necessary so that we can send a newsletter to your e-mail address with information about our events.

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent.

How long will we process personal data?

As long as your contact is not unsubscribed from newsletters via a link in the newsletter or marked as inactive by the e-mailing tool. You can also contact us at info@hudba-bez-hranic.cz

II. Who will get access to the data?

Your data stays with us. However, the company providing the newsletter distribution tool Ecomail has access to it. We only process personal data within the European Union.

III. What else you should know

We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long in accordance with the law, and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing and are subject to the same principles.

Confidentiality

Please be assured that our employees who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality shall continue even after the end of the contractual relationship with us. Your personal data will not be released to any other third party without your consent.

IV. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about what personal data we process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, you can request a copy of the personal data we process, request that we delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability.

If you believe that we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Office or take your claims to court.

These conditions are effective from 1 June 2024.
